The finance manager, Mr. Qzgur, was very reliable and provided helpful information about the upcoming metro station. The hotel staff were polite and the Turkish Bath and massage center were professional. The hotel also offered relaxing facilities.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were superb. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
No compensation for the lack of a balcony in the deluxe suite. The management was rude, especially during a phone call regarding an unexpected payment.

During my recent stay at Ramada, I was pleased with the cleanliness and value of the hotel. The room was well-maintained and provided good comfort for a relaxing stay. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service for transportation needs. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as a luxurious Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Public Bath. the staff provided exceptional service and were always available when needed. We enjoyed delicious Halal food at the restaurant and had the pleasure of dining in a private facility.
The only minor issue we faced was a lack of sun loungers at the Heated swimming pool. We had to wait for some time before we got our turn to relax by the pool.

We found this hotel to be an excellent choice for our leisure trip. the staff was very courteous and provided exceptional service. the indoor swimming pool is luxurious and the sauna is relaxing. the room advantages were exclusive, and we loved the private facilities provided in the room. the restaurant served delicious halal food and in-room breakfast was a real treat.
The snack bar was overpriced and the packed lunches were not up to the standard.

The spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, with amenities such as a kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary bottled water. The staffs are friendly and most of them speak English, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
The housekeeping service needs improvement as some guests reported issues with room cleaning and bathroom maintenance.
